Arcadia worked in tandem with ADCO Constructions and SJC Architects to deliver the bespoke façade elements to Holiday Inn Express.
The base of the hotel is an underground car park, stylishly surrounded with Arcadia’s Zest® Tee blades systems, powder-coated with stunning gold finishes. The car park façade design creates a standout feature complimenting its natural surroundings, whilst providing a cost-effective and economical ventilating façade system
The upper half of the hotel on the other hand, is wrapped with contemporary bespoke Muse® façade, tested and compliant system DTS non-combustible as per NCC 2019 Clause C1.9(e)(v).
These have created a beautiful aesthetic appearance to the hotel, whilst providing for optimum ventilation and airflow – offering guests the comfort they need.
