Arcadia worked with PACT Construction and Hillam Architects to deliver façade elements across the 650 Albany Hwy Apartments, setting a new benchmark for apartment design!

Arcadia supplied and installed a diverse scope of solar shading products across the façade - utilizing Zest®, Verve®, Ritz® and Muse®.
The Muse® custom perforated screens are embedded with a creative design, derived from the surroundings of the building.

These products provide a strong aesthetic to the building, whilst delivering optimal comfort for its inhabitants with reduced solar glare and increased natural daylight – achieving a benchmark 4- star green rating.
