Arcadia has had the pleasure to work with FIRM Construction and award-winning MJA Studio, to build an exquisitely designed fresh apartment, in the vibrant neighbourhood of Leederville.

The architect’s artistic vision has been brought to reality through Arcadia Muse® custom perforated patterns, which was then integrated as screen infills for our Verve® bi-fold screen on the balconies – coated with Dulux Duratec Zeus White Gloss powder-coat. The outdoor areas on the other hand, have been supplied and installed with Ritz® operable roof system.

All these products not only provided a chic visual appeal to the building but also have been intelligently engineered to adapt to the ever-changing weather, providing comfort and privacy to its occupants.
