Marina East Apartments

Arcadia worked closely with Georgiou on the luxurious Marina East Apartments, designed by award-winning architect, Hames Sharley

The apartments have been thoughtfully incorporated with a wide range of solar-shading solutions, across the face. Verve® Operable Screens, Match® grating systems - to reduce heat gain and glare, whilst enabling privacy, and Zest® vertical profiles, powder-coated with timber grain Granum® to create a standout feature, igniting inspiration on the façade.
The frames follow the profile of the curved steelwork, powder-coated with Arcadia’s timber grain Granum®, drawing inspiration from the movement of the Swan River and the wooden boatsheds that once dotted the banks.
