New Midland Station

Arcadia collaborated on the new Midland Station project, delivered by McConnell Dowell in alliance with Georgiou Group, alongside MPS Architects and Coniglio Ainsworth Architects.

The new station strengthens connections across Midland, linking public transport with Midland Gate Shopping Centre and Midland Health Campus, while supporting the continued growth of the local community.

From a façade perspective, the project places strong emphasis on architectural expression and performance. Arcadia’s MUSE® Perforated Facades, SPUR® Fixed Louvres and ZEST® Façade Battens were integrated into the design to create a cohesive and visually engaging envelope. The use of perforated elements and battens adds depth, texture and shading, contributing not only to the station’s identity but also to environmental performance, airflow and solar control.
