Mirvac Peninsula
The Burswood Peninsula Project by Mirvac has been the subject of many awards, and Arcadia has been involved from the inception in 2004. Arcadia became involved by Mirvac to provide a cost effective solution for solar shading and privacy for the apartment balcony’s. 5 Towers and 6 smaller townhouse developments incorporate over 1500 Arcadia Verve® balcony sunscreens. All louvres are operable allowing the residence flexibility to address sunshading and privacy.
Arcadia’s expansive product lines have been utilised across every stage of the project. These include Hush® acoustic louvres to address sound issues from air-conditioning plant, Spur® Fixed Louvres and Match® Grating for screening and natural ventilation.
The luxurious complex also integrates the Ritz® operable Sunshade system to provide sun shading and weather protection for outdoor pergolas and pool areas.
