Arcadia was involved with Frasers Developers to provide a sunscreen system that would meet the needs of this apartment project located in Perth. The project had extreme wind loadings and was 21 storey high apartment project.

The Verve® sliding balcony screen system was applied on all elevations of the project to provide apartment privacy, as well as suncontrol.

Arcadia supplied and installed over 750 Verve® sliding screens which included installing over 2000 metres of tracking system. The louvre system is installed external to the balustrade system, which required high level of safety management and refined project management to meet the needs for timing and installation of the project.

Additional to the Verve® Louvre screens was over 280 Louvre grilles and 450 m2 of Spur® Louvre screening system.
